Draft minutes are available upon request to the Clerk.
Please bear in mind that whilst draft minutes are produced as soon as possible after a meeting they must also be edited and checked for accuracy.
However if you would like to see draft minutes of any meeting please email or telephone the Clerk's office. If ready the draft minutes will be emailed to you the same day, or you will be given an expected time-frame for them.
When ready Draft minutes can be collected from the office, if email is not available, but because of cost cannot be send by post.
