The Town council has a budget of £45,000 for 2018-19 to distribute grants to community groups, charities and local organisations.
We welcome grant applications and aim to ensure that public funds are used to benefit the residents of the community of Burnham and Highbridge.
The Policy and Finance Committee considers grant applications for recommendation to Full Council.

What happens next, if your application is successful?
The Clerk will write to you within 7 days of the Full Town Council meeting to notify you that the grant has been approved, to confirm the amount agreed and any specific conditions that may have been applied.
Cheques will only be made payable to the organisation’s bank account – not an individual.
Burnham and Highbridge Town Council reserves the right to reclaim the grant in the event of it not being used for the purposes specified on the application form.
We require a grant monitoring form to be completed to describe how the grant has been spent. A grant monitoring form can be downloaded here Grant Monitoring Form
